The Bates|Hennington Team
Lorna Hennington is one member of the Bates|Hennington Team of Keller Williams Realty, Larchmont. Lorna is a longtime Los Angeles resident and real estate expert. Cumulatively, Lorna and her partner Traci have nearly 30 years of real estate experience negotiating transactions to buy and sell properties in the Los Angeles area.
Lorna's interest in real estate began as a child during her time in New Orleans, where she first developed a love of historic properties. She began her career by investing in real estate, then further developed her skills in negotiating real estate transactions by becoming an attorney and Broker with the Bates|Hennington Team of Keller Williams. She has worked with the L.A. Conservancy, served on the Carthay Circle HPOZ Board, was a member of the Hancock Park Homeowners Association, and now is a Board member of the Wilshire Park Homeowners Association working to establish the area's HPOZ Board.
Traci and Lorna specialize in historic and architectural properties, specifically in the areas of La Fayette Square, Hancock Park, Country Club and Wilshire Park as well as the surrounding communities under consideration or designated as HPOZs, such as Wellington Square, Victoria Park and Windsor Square.
